At The Beatles Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
